Iir's first production premiered in 1994 in Tallinn City Theatre. Since then she has worked in the Estonian Drama Theatre, Theatre Vanemuine, The National Opera, Von Krahl Theatre, Estonian State Puppet and Youth Theatre, VAT Theatre, Emajõe Suveteater. She has designed over fifty productions in all mayor theatres in Estonia. In 2013 she was curator of Estonian Theatre Festival DRAAMA 2013
